Introduction
Welcome to botshop. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled in case of issues. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping
- Overnight Shipping – Available for Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Ahmedabad, and cities within approximately 400 km from our office.
Overnight Shipping (Bus Transport)
Overnight shipping is done using bus transport services. Customers must collect their parcel from the designated bus office in their city.
The bus office address will be shared by our sales executive.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 working day from our end. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 6 working days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 working day
Note: Working days mean days when botshop and courier services are operational.
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier or bus service, timely delivery depends entirely on them. botshop is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
For 1-day or travel-agency deliveries, no refund or replacement will be provided once the parcel is handed over. By choosing this option, the customer agrees to these terms.
Shipping Location
We currently ship only within India.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email after dispatch. You can use the tracking number on the courier’s website.
Replacement & No Refund Policy
No Return or Refund:
We do not offer returns or refunds. A replacement will be provided only if we are unable to give a suitable replacement for a damaged or incorrect item.
Replacement for Wrong or Damaged Product:
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Important Time Limits:
- You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the product. These are normal calendar days (including weekends and holidays).
- After approval, the product must be shipped back within 5 days from the customer’s side. These 5 days are normal days, not working days.
The return package must include the order number, issue description, and clear photo or video proof of the damage.
Shipping Charges for Replacement:
botshop will bear all shipping costs for approved replacement cases. Instructions will be shared once the request is approved.
Damage Due to User Fault:
If damage occurs due to improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or negligence, no replacement or refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are accepted. Once accepted, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
